January Challenge - Week 2 : Jessie

For the "Second" week challenge I chose Jessie from Pokemon. Work has been so hectic lately I hadn't had time to get home and polish these up, so here it is. It is a bit rougher than I usually go for, but I am trying to meet deadline and learn how to keep on them. Hopefully my quality will catch up to the speed needed.
